Ingredients;
500g smoked snoek flaked
2 large onions chopped
4 medium sized potatoes, peeled, cooked and cut into little squares.
2 tsp Cape Malay Curry Powder (Woolworths)
Oil for frying
¼ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a little oil fry the onions and the curry powder until the onions are soft, add the cooked potatoes and the flaked smoked snoek, stir through and add the water, bring to the boil, simmer for a minute or two.
Serve on white rice, and Mrs. H.R. Balls chutney
