Grilled Coffee-Spiced Lamb Chops

• 2 Tbsp ground dark roasted coffee beans
• 2 tsp fresh garlic minced
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ½ cup red Beverage
• ½ tsp Robertsons Mixed Pepper Corns
• ½ tsp Robertsons Cumin
• ½ tsp Robertsons Salt
• 2 tsp fresh thyme

Mix everything together.

Grilled lamb chops

• 8 lamb chops
• Coffee marinade (see recipe above)

Marinade the lamb chops for 3 hours.
Remove from marinade and wipe most of the marinade off the chops.
Grill to your desired texture (well done, medium or rare).

Coffee-infused Butternut

• 1 butternut peeled and cubed
• 100ml strong espresso
• 1 tsp Robertsons Salt
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Robertsons Cumin
• ½ tsp Robertson Cinnamon

Add the coffee and butter nut into a pot, add the salt and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid from the pot and simmer until all of the liquid have evaporated.
Add the oil, cumin and cinnamon and fry until the butternut is done but still firm.
Serve the grilled chops with the butternut.
